Fujiyama nashville

They said it was because they were under staffed but we showed up when they only had one other table and they weren't really attentive when they only had one other table either.. My family hits up Fujiyummi as I like to call it at least once a month. They have the freshest sushi I have found in Nashville.

The edamame IS the freshest and cleanest I have found anywhere, and it's cheap. I can just order a couple of bowls and be in heaven! The private rooms are great for groups or family dinners and add a nice Japanese feel. The family that owns it are super friendly and personable. This place has passed all other sushi places in Nashville. The lack of a ultra-high-visibility location means there's always room for more sushi lovers! And the wait is always shorter than other sushi places, even though it's obvious these master chefs take as much pride in their rolls as the care they give when making them.

Freshest sushi in town, wildly varied rolls ask for the 'specials' menu , wonderful ambiance, superb, attentive service, and total consistency from visit to visit.

The sushi is always fresh! The staff are so friendly, the chef is incredible, and the owners are always so happy to see us. The food is presented with a lot of flare. The hours are great and the restauraunt is always clean. My husband and I have tried most sushi places in town and Fujiyama is by far our favorite.

Since finding it we eat there at least once a week. This is our main sushi place in Nashville. We have been to many other sushi restaurants in Nashville and this is by far one of the best for the price and amount.

They also offer grill food for those that do not like raw food. The Saki leaves something to be desired but overall this is my favorite for sushi. A must try, if you dont like it then you can go to your favorite place but at least you have tried it. The sushi is great. The service is amazing. The choices are endless. The recommendations are fun! I enjoy everything about this restaurant.

Sushi can be expensive anywhere you go It's the best sushi I've had in Nashville to date. Thanks Fujiyama! I have loved this place for two years. Ohh was that heaven. The miso soup for once didn't taste like the salt shaker had been dumped into it and the ginger chicken and a really nice ginger snap to it. And the presentation with the fruit on the side was a wonderful suprise. My son and I will be going back to this place every chance we get.

You have got to try this place if you are tired of sub-par sushi. I am not exaggerating when I say Fujiyama is the best Japanese restaurant in town; the food is fresh, the staff is attentive, and it is worth every penny.

Don't let the location fool you, it is the best hidden Japanese secret in Nashville. I dine there at least once a week and Ryan sushi chef always offers new dishes to try. Thought it was a little pricey, but the experience was worth it for Saturday date night. Great presentation Very clean, more so than other cheaper sushi places, cozy atmosphere. Don't let the location scare you! There is a wide spectrum of choices on the menu, from sushi to hibachi to udon entrees and more.

The sushi was incredibly fresh with great presentation and definately in my top 3, although it was a bit pricey, it was worth it. The atmosphere is friendly and very clean, and the staff were very helpful with recommendations from the menu. We will definately be back! Good Sushi Too Pricey — This was our first visit to Fujiyama but we didn't expect it to be so pricey located off of Charlotte Pike. The server was not attentive to our needs Overall the sushi was good but Nashville has better sushi restaurants with more resonable prices.

The Japanese lanterns that hang out front beckon diners from Charlotte Pike with the promise of fresh fish and hibachi. Bowlers from nearby Strike and Spare fill up on boats and platters of rolls and sashimi at the sushi bar as locals and shoppers from nearby Costco dine on tempura or teriyaki dinner entrees, hearty noodle soups and hibachi combinations at lacquered wooden tables throughout the room.

Thanks Fujiyama! My husband and I first ate at Fujiyama the weekend it opened and have been back numerous times since. We've lost count! Fujiyama is fabulous! So far, there has never been any wait to be seated and the staff is VERY attentive and friendly.

The sushi is fresh and better than any other sushi place we have ever been to. Our favorites include the Fuji Mountain, Nashville roll, Alaska roll, Tiger roll spicy , and California roll dinner 18pc--the best California roll we've ever had!

The Miso soup is excellent, as well as the tempura. Take-out is very convenient as well.
