Getting a waiter took way too long, then we got to watch the waiter argue with a manager before coming to our table. Food was not good. We won't be back. Started out badly when the hostess didn't even acknowledge our presence for a couple of minutes, as she was taking notes of something. She led us to a table that had soiled paper on it. When we asked for new table paper, she sighed, as we were having her do unexpected work.

When she finally took the soiled paper off, it was clear no one had cleaned up any of the bread crumbs from the prior group. So we insisted on a different table. Our waiter, Faisal, did the best he could.

But it took 20 minutes to get our wine and an hour for our food. Keep in mind that this was a 5pm reservation on New Year's Eve. When we arrived, we were about the only customers.

No excuse for why the kitchen was so slow. Faisal did as best he could by telling us the kitchen was slow. But no one had taught him the basics, like to clear plates before bringing entrees. Not his fault. Just poor training. We've been to this restaurant before. The food is usually good, but this was by far the worst service we've had. And we won't be back anytime soon. Went here on New Year's Eve. We've gone here previously so were disappointed on this visit. The pain problem was the service.

It seemed as if she'd rather be doing something else. We asked for butter to go with our bread, never came. We asked for utensils to have with our dessert, it never came fortunately there was an extra serving that we were able to use. On the whole the service experience ruined what should have been a nice evening. This restaurant should be closed. Horrible staff. Didn't wait for the food because the staff was so unprofessional. Wanted to try something different and eat at a restaurant on Christmas Day.

It took nearly 30 mins for someone to acknowledge us at the table. The busboy actually asked us if he could get us something to drink? Finally a server came to the table, never told us his name, took our order, it was all wrong. The kids food was wrong. The adults entrees came out before our salads. He told us another server took our salads to a different table. Only then, did he ask for salads to be re-made. We were already eating our dinner The restaurant was NOT crowded at all.

It was unclear why the service was so bad. My family had a wonderful experience at our Christmas dinner. Food was great as well as service. The service was great, and the food delicious. Try the Mushroom Arancini! Good food and love the Honor System Chianti. The food was disappointing - the Alfredo was bland and the chicken Parmesan was gristly. Server was nice but erratic.
