New colors of Haochi's Pigments became available in the in-game store in Natural dyes can be crafted in game.

They come in the same colors as plants from the gardening system, as well as adding new colors, obtained by combining pigments from two differently colored plants. During the first round of Treasures of Tokuno, you could turn in 10 minor artifacts to get one major artifact. One of the major artifacts was a charge bottle of Pigments of Tokuno dye. Due to their colors, these were generally referred to as neon dyes. The Japanese UO store later offerred for sale two types of tokens which allowed you to pick one or three of these dyes, depending on the token.
