Hi all, I'm looking to purchase a new lighting console for our school. Currently, we have 8 moving heads and 24 scrollers along with our conventional instruments. Any suggestions? The popular choice around here is ETC: Element has very nice help at the command line, perfect for the everchanging student crew.

The Ion has better moving light controls and more advanced features, but can get a bit confusing. What is your current console? And about thewww.

All in all, we have 4 boards, none of which are doing what they should. Anshuman Bhatia. I really want pictures and some more background for the HS website. It sounds like a great story of overcoming equipment limitations The express line has been cut by ETC, much to the chagrin of many here. It's not the best at moving lights by no means. Photos of specific presets can be helpful documentation. Shift Plot [Sample] [Template] If you need individual run sheets for different departments, you can create separate worksheets in the same Excel doc, linking the cells to the individual sheets.

In this sample, true cues entrances, tracking notes are in the green dots, exits to be aware of are in pink, entrances are in orange.

Thirty second timings are in yellow, treble and bass clef are highlighted to help follow along. Stage managers may also place markings for 4 minutes places calls and 2 minutes "Are they backstage yet or do we need to make a second places call? I hope that we will get a thorough report from this committee at our Fall Conference and that we will all have a chance to help move this endeavor forward.

We are always looking for ideas for presentations as well as recommended presenters. Is it the same thing every time or something similar? Needless to say I am a little disappointed that no one offered any responses to my question. But being true to my offer to follow up with an article, I can only provide an example of one.
