My only suggestion is that a photo of the finished arrangement be included in the delivery confirmation email, but after scanning arrangement pics on the website I'm confident that it was absolutely stunning - only wish I could've seen it! Will definitely be my florist go-to from now on! My apologies! I typically take pictures of everything!

Sometimes I rely too much on recipient sending pictures and our Instagram. I made it and I delivered it! Hand delivered to her myself actually. Your suggestion is excellent and we had been doing that for years! I would personally text pictures to every single customer. Until I got too busy, but hey I can find the way to make it happen again for all.
