The Child Resource Center at Project ACT offers training and continuing education opportunities for free professional technical assistance for start up or continued operation of a child care business, a resource room and lending library , and resources and tools for educators. The Child Resource Center at Project ACT distributes a newsletter on early childhood topics, offers training and continuing education opportunities for professionals, supports child care programs in Title 1 areas, provides speakers on child development and child care related topics.

Project ACT provides professional development to over 2, child care providers annually throughout the state of Maryland and inclusive support services to approximately children each year in the Baltimore metropolitan region.
